To help me do something I knew I needed it to do, to lose weight. But I ended up finding out that this program was nothing like the ones I’ve done in the past. I ended up learning about the quality of food and its affects on my body and mood. I ended up having a coach who not only was there to teach me about nutrition as a whole but was extremely empathetic and understanding with my lifestyle change. He understood that as a woman I have a time of the month with extra cravings. He talked me off the ledge a couple times while coming down from sugar intake and wanting to quit all together. He convinced me it was worth pushing through to hit my goal of a healthier lifestyle. He was never disappointed in me, even though I did not meet the goals a couple times. All I got from my coach was encouragement, understanding, compassion, and motivation. Most nutrition programs out there will not go out of their way to set up additional calls to ensure that you’re doing OK during the week or to simply listen and understand the struggle that you’re going through with the changes in Nutricion. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail the tailored meal plans I was given. It was worth every penny I invested and then some. This is worth taking a chance and investing your time and money to get the results you want.“
