Valerie's cycle and Jesus' Zumba classes are the best!!!!!! I would love to be able to go more than once with them, not only do they exercise, they make your life more joyful

An la fitness member back home, although thanks to top professional customer service I am a proud member of In-Shape Family when I come up to visit family in the central coast. The gym is also very good size with plenty of equipment to choose for your workouts!

4am shift workers are doing amazing job I always see them mopping and vacuuming. It is the only time of day where I have came in and seen employees keeping the gym clean. Very helpful definitely. They deserve at pat on the back! ??
