It's fine you get a real doctor here. Appointment is rushed. Unfortunately, not sure doctor has time to read your chart before they enter. Last time didn't address what my return appt was for? I like them but maybe 10 min return appt? Always someone else in there besides doctor. I had a full body check doctor had guy assist so never saw front of body?

Don't go there!!! I was there for for five minutes and was charged over $350. The doctor didn't say more than a couple sentences to me. I have spent more time with the cashier at McDonald's than I did with the doctor. When I called them to confirm the cost and ask if they would adjust the billing. They were not willing to do anything. I understand that this may be their rates but he made minimal effort.

This single star is on behalf of jennifer and other amazing receptionist ladies. Helpful, attentive and kind. Queens. The doctor, Stowell, as well as his assistant seemed to be in quite the rush, 0 attention to what I had to say regarding my "mild eczema eye", talking over me and locking eyes with his assistant. At most, having spent maybe a full 52 SECONDS in the room he expanded a whole lot of meaningless words, just to sum up that I MAY have eczema. Also that I MAY need to come back in a couple WEEKS. This cost me $30, for nothing. My coworkers at Walmart gave me a better diagnosis. He shined a flashlight on my eyelid to "get a better look", but couldn't even exam my skin due to his mannerly germaphobe ways. He advised me to wash my skin, moisturize with 3 tiny sample CeraVe products the size of my fat pinky. I could have saved my $20 in gas, and my $30 copayment and bought 6 bottles of regular sized products. Thanks. He advised me to try one makeup product at a time to determine which one may be inflaming my red, swollen, flaky, itchy, dry eye. I already told him I NO LONGER WEAR MAKEUP. My eye is still hot and flaming. Thanks. Stowell, I'm not sure why you work with skin and humans when you show no decency and seem like you're shaking in your boots looking at my flaky eye. Your assistant, after Stowell left the room, implied that the appointment was over, and was ready to close the door on me, leaving me in the room confused and unsure if the appointment was truly over. After having asked "is there anything else?", she replied "you're free to leave". Thanks, that was it? Amazing communication. Use your words. Learn to take tips and communication skills from the ladies at the desk in the front. Eye contact, body language, tone of voice. Stowell and his assistant expressed none of these.
