I agree with Rachel. The older front desk lady keeps me from going back, but dr. Alford is incredible. I have been going to his office for years with excellent results. His perscriptions for my eyes are the best. I used to go to optimtrist and my glasses always gave me headaches. Dr. Alford did a great job, great to deal with. No headaches, my eyes feel relaxed. The lady at the front desk. Ug!

The only stars they will get is because of Dr Alford cause he was simply amazing but the front desk staff are horrible ! Trying to make me feel like I’m crazy for them not doing a proper consultation with me. Now I’m stuck with glasses I can’t even use ! One day I can get the refund and the other day I can’t. When asked about their return policy they can’t find it cause they don’t have one written at all! The lady is trying to get my refund yet is telling me she’s gonna let cen cal know that I’m returning them because I don’t like them !! Not true !!! I’m returning because they are use less !!!

My initial appt for my mother and we were 2 minutes early. AND AS SOON AS WE WALKED And given last name , IMMEDIATELY the older front desk lady said we were late and we did not confirm our 830 appt and right away said didn't take Insurnace that we didn't even have (although we have 2 insurances which I know works and is in network) . . I said I have a reminder text for 910 from this office. She already scolded us for people she didn't even verify if we were the same patients. Lesson : verify patients before leaving a bad impression on new patients. The office is clean and large space, Dr. Alford seemed nice , but also in a rush for an office that didn't have any one waiting or hear of any pts in the office. I like that he didn't push us to buy glasses if she didn't need it because over the counter worked just as good. As far as returning, we may return. He did good for the first encounter. Front staff leaves a sour taste to my mouth. I do believe in good service and this one front desk lady needs some sunshine in her life. She's rude AF. I'll be sure to recommend his office , but also to warn people of this front desk lady's sour attitude.
