The poor quality dry cleaning, high prices, and less than pleasant customer service make this a dry cleaner that you should avoid. If you care about your clothes, get them cleaned elsewhere! I've taken a number of ties to be dry cleaned here. Every tie was flat pressed. This is an amateur dry cleaning technique that destroys silk and permanently creases ties (see photo). They've also failed to get the stains put of several ties (though the stains might not be removable, so they get a pass on that). I've also had ties and a blazer mis-pressed by this cleaner. Essentially, before they pressed the blazer, they didn't bother to line up the blazer collar and created a crease that wasn't supposed to be there. If the blazer had been made of a finer cloth it would have ruined it. The price of the cleaning has been raised recently to $4 per tie! That's way to much for such a poor job. On top of this, the lady at the desk is rather short with customers and not the friendliest person.
