I really appreciated that he took the time to just listen to what I had to say and where things went wrong. He was incredibly professional and empathetic, which led me feeling really good after our conversation. They came by the very next day, called us, and changed out our water! If I stick with CalSoft, it would be because of the good customer service that Jason provided!

Amazing, friendly and professional service. We have been using Rayne soft water service for over two years now. Just like their website advertised: no more water marks left on dishes, clean laundry, skin feels soft and smooth after shower and less time cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. We like that they are locally owned.
