About C.O.R.E. Fitness and Performance
C.O.R.E. Fitness and Performance is an appointment-only semi-private (4 clients) and 1-on-1 training gym that specializes in functional strength training. The gym's trainers, all of whom have at least a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science, create routines to help clients lose weight, get stronger, and feel better. Clients appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and the "no pressure" attitude, along with the variety of daily routines designed for individual abilities. The experienced and knowledgeable trainers offer personalized attention, ensuring proper form and appropriate weight usage. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a friendly group of trainers who make workouts enjoyable. Core, mobility, strength. As a pre TKA distance runner turned hiker, the knowledge of the team of trainers is excellent! Am grateful for the variety of workouts that address the whole body and the sensitivities to injury related limitations/challenges. This team rocks! And the facility is top notch impeccably clean!
Visiting Santa Maria and got to go to CORE fitness 3 days in a row. Casey is a great coach. Clean facility. Friendly group at 6 am. Definitely check it out if you are in the area! Im still sore days later.
