Real, competent craftsman locksmiths are increasingly difficult to find. I think that is at least in part due to the plethora of high-tech convenience devices, that while clever and appealing, wouldn't deter a determined individual with a pocket knife, much less a jemmy.Armstrong's installed Slage Primus closures at our residence 30 years ago. They still function perfectly, and Armstrong's is still there to provide service, support, and advice.Slage Primus? Yes. Hardware stores and electronic 'key-osks' can't duplicate the keys. Service here was a breath of fresh air . I am from out of Town and they rendered service as if we had been doing business for years and were well known to one another . This Family owned Business is a huge asset to the Santa Maria area . I could not have been more pleased with the work they did on short notice . Thank You

Kind, courteous phone rep. Everyone in town immediately turned me away on a cold morning when I locked myself out of the house. My SO works in Santa Barbara, so I was basically out of options. She politely took my number down, called me back, and said it'd be a bit over an hour, but they'd be sure to get to me. It's not like I'm going anywhere, so that was way better service than I got anywhere else.
