Had these flowers delivered for my daughters birthday and first they delivered the wrong flowers! Called & they said they would deliver the right ones the next day, but they never did. Called and they said the flowers we wanted were not in stock so they would deliver the day after. Never called to tell us anything. Finally got the right flowers 2 days after her birthday. They are pretty, but the first bouquet already had flowers completely wilted & dying after a few days. The roses are starting to just wilt over & never opened up at all. So sad to spend so much on "fresh" flowers as a gift for someone & to have this experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

My flower order was delivered but i ordered a small box of chocolates and they did not show up on the day of the delivery. They were also never delivered after. I did not receive a phone call or message as to why they were not able to deliver them.

I’m in south Orange County and called them directly for a delivery to Pismo Beach. Maria & Jackie were very kind, understanding and accommodating during an otherwise difficult time with the loss of a family member.
