Dr. Abroms and his team did a great job on my cataract surgery. They were fast, and the results were stunning. Colors got brighter, and my distance vision returned to 20/20. I still need to wear glasses for computer work and reading, but that is exactly what they said they would do. Vision is always compromised, and I am very happy with the outcome. There was only slight discomfort for a day or two and lots of eye drops for a couple of weeks, but I could not be happier with the result. I wish they would have done both eyes at the same time but they did everything right. The office staff got me in and out quickly.
My mom went in today for her cataracts. The gentleman at the front was so nice and explained everything to my mom in Spanish. My mom is primarily Spanish speaking but he sat with her. Helped her fill out the papers, and assured her she was in good hands.
Awesome staff who went through everything in great detail and were very friendly. I felt they genuinely cared about my health and were not chasing money like summer practitioners. I understand it is hard to keep appointment times and this is the only reason they did not get a 5, they were running 30 minutes late and did not let me know or apologize. Little attention to detail can take the consultation from excellent to exceptional. I will recommended them to my family and friends.
