“I took my very sick seven-year-old iMac to Rick without much hope for a good outcome. Also, I had a project to complete with a rapidly approaching deadline. After a couple hours he called with a diagnosis, laid out alternative solutions, and discussed the pros and cons of each. He then proceeded with the repair and was finished by the next day. He insisted on delivering the machine to my home office, where he got everything hooked back up and fired up. It was like a brand new machine.
