After a couple hours he called with a diagnosis, laid out alternative solutions, and discussed the pros and cons of each. He then proceeded with the repair and was finished by the next day. He insisted on delivering the machine to my home office, where he got everything hooked back up and fired up. It was like a brand new machine. He then spent over an hour correcting a couple of software quirks that required my input. And he didn’t charge me for the time he spent at my place. Needless to say, I’m an extremely happy customer.“
