I absolutely love their customer service, I can send over same day pick ups and almost every time they are picked up! I almost never have a billing issue and if I do they get it fixed right away! I would highly recommend Custom Freight for all your CA TO CA shipping needs! #carriertheloadtogether

I work for a large brokerage company and we use SHIFT Freight on a daily basis. In transportation there are a lot of things that are outside of our control and communication with your carrier partners are the key for our success or failure. With that being said, we had a shipment that had multiple delivery issues and the folks at SHIFT were very good to work with. They assisted in identifying the issues that were preventing this from being delivered and were thorough in explaining the next steps clearly and quickly.
