It’s clean and workers are cordial.You select your polish as you come in.You select your service. I went with basic pedicure for $21. It included nail trim, filing shaping, hot towel. Nail polish 3 min massage. Im pleased with my visit with Lisa. I would return here. I came at 5, not busy entire visit approx 45 min.

I see some folks have issues with this place but I love them. If they do make a mistake, they will fix it. No questions asked - no charge. Just like other mail shops, you have good techs and bad techs, but just communicate your issue with the owner in a nice way.... And she will assist you. And in my experience here, Helen is the go to for pedicures!!!

It was a great experience they're professional they did a great job on my feet even though I had not gotten a pedicure since the pandemic started. And for the first time if ever that I can think of I actually was very comfortable I was at ease even though I was alone. every other nail shop I've gone to they sit there and talk in their language and you know they're talking about you. That can be intimidating especially when they're sitting there laughing but you don't get that here here.JJ nails makes you feel totally and completely comfortable and happy to know you made a good choice to go to their shopThey are my permanent nail shop now thank you JJ nails and spa
