Israel is a great communicator, very professional with a smile.
He explained the process and issues with my current central air, I knew exactly what was going on at all times and also had the pleasure on having him return the next day to fix circuit board and switch.

Jose and his crew were excellent! I needed the aircon/furnace installed in one day, they worked hard to get it done. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. My old unit were not installed up to code and they made sure the new one was properly installed. The new unit is working great and more efficient. Just needed to call them back to fix one of the loose vent and if I decided to get a permit for inspection as they will also help me to get it done. I had an excellent experience with Comfort, Time Heating and Cooling. From the moment I called in, they were incredibly responsive and friendly, arranging for a technician to come out the very next day. Tommy, the technician, was fantastic. He was extremely attentive, carefully inspecting everything and explaining what he was seeing along the way. He even took pictures to help us understand the situation better, which was very helpful.
