My company sent me here Two weeks ago to get my pump/PTO looked at; after going to two other places first I did not know if Armstrong would be able to help me-I met with Miguel Alemán Who is one of the best techs , compassionate and eager to figure things out he troubleshot my system and even though the company was busy he can tell that I was desperate to get my pump fixed "I have customers that are overflowing and are waiting on me" . Miguel probably spent 15 minutes troubleshooting my system and immediately resolved it. I was very very impressed considering two other companies couldn't figure it out. Friendly staff, during this pandemic they're taking safe precautions, sanitizing the will call area. Which is now in the front office (typically it was in the back: pre-pamdemic). If you need work done on your vacuum pump system, have questions or need to buy anything for your system, this is the place to go Even if you're getting started they also have slide-in tanks available and packages to go with them.
