Requested service July 12, technician was on site within 2 hrs. I talked to five different companies. Asked all of them to use leak detection tool - leakalizer or similar only one knew what it was, one showed up, but his equipment was not working properly. Sent them home. The American Leak Detection was truly professional. They had their own patented tool that finds if pool loosing water within 15 min. They did the test, resolved my concerns got paid their minimum 4 hrs and were done. It is worth every penny. Money well spent because you know for sure if you have problem or not. I had a complicated situation at my home with a leak coming from under the bathroom floor. Spent two days looking for a plumber to show up and everyone was too busy. I found and scheduled Americana whom came on the same day to do some initial testing. This is the second time that I have had the services of this company, my house has had two hidden water leaks just this year - ugh!! The first was under the garage slab and the second now was found in the attic. Both instances I was extremely please with the leak detection service. Americana came highly recommended by my plumber the first time and now after dealing with them on multiple occasions I feel I can now to also recommend them to others. They have a great team of leak finders.
