Wendy, owner and trainer, is a professional in every sense of the word. She stays on the cutting edge of new methods and studies to keep ahead of the pack of trainers. Her workouts change on a regular basis, so training is never boring and the hour flies by instead of dreading each minute or repetition. She is very knowledgeable about foods and the latest research on supplements. My nearly constant back pain has gone away with gentle strengthening and stretching at her direction. She is the best!!!

Wendy takes a functional assessment approach of analyzing and guiding you through exercises and stretches that increase function and restore balance to your body. In the dozen or so sessions I have had with Wendy I always walked away thinking wow that was insightfull and fresh out of the box approach to my body and it's various sports injuries. As well as take home movements to do on my own. The studio is always clean and has the latest equipment. Thank you for the help.

Wendy Willis is professional, warm, and dedicated to making your workout work for you. She participates in professional development seminars and, over the six years I have worked out with her, has honed her technique to reflect new thinking in personal training. Especially good if you are coming back from an injury or working with a limitation. HIghly recommended. Plus -- who else would welcome your dog and/or your toddler at your workouts??
