We had a water leak in a small area that soaked our new carpet and ruined the pad. Warehouse Direct responded quickly and replaced the pad and restretched the carpet after it had dried.

From our first visit to the showroom, thru the installation yesterday we are super pleased to have worked with Tim at warehouse direct. Tim came to our home and measured, then got us a very decently priced quote within a few days. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job, especially on our somewhat wonky dimensioned stairs. We would highly recommend these guys. Thanks!

We had carpets installed in 3 bedrooms. There were plenty of carpet types, brands and options from which to choose. Dan was very knowledgeable of the products he had to offer. He came out to measure and schedule the install. His prices beat all the other quotes we received. He and his installer showed up on time and were professional throughout the experience. The carpets look & feel great. I definitely recommend WDFO for all flooring projects.
