Tom and his crew wore all the hats- they engineered and designed a beautiful retaining wall and stadium stairs after a landslide left the area steep, muddy and uninhabitable. They left the site clean each day, they worked fast and diligently, they were can-do problem solvers and having Tom's artistry made all the difference. He has the experience to anticipate the challenges and makes sure what he does is top notch in terms of long term stability. He truly adds a unique and wonderful sense of design that he can envision from the start and incorporate each step of the way. His subcontractors are also great. If someone wants to see his work they are welcome to visit. His billing process is also clear and accurate. Overall a complete delight.

We used Tom to do several out-of-the box projects to create the hardscape for our home. I will discuss his responsiveness, his attitude, his design sense, and the quality of his work. The short of it is, I could not be happier with all of the dimensions of his work.First, we called around and got a few estimates. Many did make time in their schedules to do it. Tom's office said, "send us a photo of the area and a description, and we'll get back to you.." Tom popped by later that day, his estimate was the best we had heard, and he is such a pleasant person we decided to stop looking and go with him. It didn't hurt that when we asked around town no one had a bad word to say about him and we could see excellent work in many places.My wife had a vision of what she wanted. A curving path leading to our front door. Tom worked with her. He and his team moved the forms around until she loved it, in no small part because of Tom's eye and experience. Tom's team were also pleasant, and during the day, Tom would go from job to job keeping track of everything and making sure all his customers were getting exactly what they wanted.The finished product is stunning. We often see people stopping in front of our house to look at it. We could not be happier with it. We are looking forward to having Tom do our back patio.One additional thing. We have a concrete fountain and I broke part of it. We were crushed and I had no idea what to do. I called Tom and he said, "we can put Humpty Dumpty together again." One of his staff glued it together and carefully painted the cracks, and it was perfect. I could never express how grateful I an to him for doing that.The point of mentioning this is that Tom and his team have mastered concrete to a degree most of us will never even understand. His communication skills and empathy let us partner with him some of that magic our own. It certainly happened for us.Services: Demolition
