I'm new to Santa Cruz and it's always difficult to find a new barber that is affordable while also providing quality service. I winged it and went to Surecuts and was kindly greeted by a gentleman named Kobe. I showed him a short description of what I needed done and he pulled it off amazingly. I’ve just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a barber shop and that’s not including the amazing cut I got. I’m a guy with weird haircut and am no good when it comes to communicating what I want and none of that matters when you arrive. Lisa, Brook, and Ricky surrounded me with kindness and care. They helped me to explain exactly what I wanted. They even reach out to one another for advice before moving forward just to make absolutely certain this is what I wanted past the point of my own knowledge cuz once again I suck at talking.
