We discovered a blockage in the line that goes from our house to our septic tank and called Super Rooter after reading the company's Yelp reviews. To our amazement Jacy said he could be out in an hour and showed up around half an hour later. He got right to work and located the approximate location of the blockage. We have a very long house to septic line and he had to use two different cables to unblock the pipe. It was hard work in 93 degree weather but he finished the work in a couple hours, made suggestions to straighten the dip in the line and install another clean out should we again need his services. Jacy responded and came out the same day to fix our badly overflowing sink. He was friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. He communicated exceptionally well, and even called after the fact to tell us what to look out for and that if the problem re-emerged, to call him right away. We'd hire him again no question.

Jacy is a pleasure to work with. We discovered a broken pipe under our house on Memorial Day....no good. Jacy responded within an hour, discovered the issue and then chose to help us rather then attend a celebration he was supposed to go to. Problem solved and fee was extremely fair given the holiday and emergency nature of the call. He's earned a future customer in me!
