George from Six Star gave us outstanding customer service. He spent a lot of time showing us a video of our roof so we have detailed insights about its condition. I'll definitely be calling Six Star in Santa Cruz when I replace my roof as I trust their advice and roofing knowledge.
Timely repair service. Came out the day after I called. Showed up on time to investigate the leak. Back 3 hours later to perform the repair. finished before it got dark. Sent photos of what the issue was/found and of the repair performed.
Six Star Roofing was an exceptional company to work with. We had a roof repair job that needed attention, and Six Star was responsive, and so pleasant to deal with. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, offered suggestions about adding some attic venting, and then provided a quote that was quite reasonably priced. We signed the contract, expected to start in 2 weeks, and they were able to squeeze us in within one. The repair and installation was quick and efficient, and they did a quality job. Completely cleared up the site, and they really do deserve 6 of 5 Stars! Highly recommend them!
