I had excruciating neck/shoulder pain and couldn't move without crying. I had never been to a chiropractor, and was very surprised when there was no cracking or popping involved. I believe this kind of chiropractic care is much more effective than the typical "back and neck crackers." I find I have better outcomes in fewer visits with these micro non-force adjustments. Also, I think it is a better approach for people who are chiropractic-hesitant, or in a more fragile medical condition.
