He and his crew took special care to move furniture and reattach all baseboards. Santa Cruz Flooring refinished our oak floors 18 months ago in a high-traffic dining room here at Chocolate the Restaurant. Although the floors are 18 years old, they look better now than they ever have before. They had to do significant repairs, and replaced some of the boards. They did a deep sanding, and put an excellent looking finish on the floor. After 18 months of heavy foot traffic, the floor still looks excellent. Thank you Santa Cruz Flooring!

Recently did an addition on our home and had Jon and his team strip/sand the existing floors and refinish both existing floors and new floors. Not only did the floors come out great with the new floors blending in perfect to the existing floors, but Jon was a total professional and extremely easy to work with. He provided prompt responses to all my inquires and always showed when he said he would. Additionally, his bid came in several hundred under the other bids.
