I reached out to Michele at Santa Cruz Designs and she set me up with a consultation right away. She was able to get me in for an early morning hair appointment the next day and was so personable, genuine and sweet to chat with :) it had been a few years since I had got my hair done, and she made it a great experience. I loved the decor in her salon too, it felt very homey
