The artificial grass installation was a complete disaster from Replicated Grass Systems. For there own mistake on measuring the lawn incorrectly asking reviewer/buyer to pay for material which was not used, ridiculous. The communication with the company is very difficult, and they showed little interest in resolving the issues. No response to multiple emails sent after the install. The reviewer regrets choosing this company and advises others to avoid their services.

Steve and his team from replicated grass were responsive and professional. The original employee who reviewed our request and showed us the grass was helpful and friendly. The crew that came to install were respectful, kind and knowledgeable. The grass itself (titan) is dense, looks great, and feels great under our feet. Our son and pets love it and so do we. We highly recommend the team at Replicated Grass and very happy with our purchase. Thank you Steve!
