Jim was a referral from another professional. I called in twice over a two week period and explained my entire situation to the secretary. My accountant of many years retired so I was looking for a new one. On my second call I politely asked for a reply of yes or no as a new client and was promised a response within a day which did not happen. Left not sure what to think but I want a new accountant that is responsive.

I've been a client for many years. My slightly complicated returns are always well prepared. Staff are professional and responsive. Rates are on par with what friends pay elsewhere.

Jim is the absolute best. We've moved away but still send him our taxes... after going through several tax guys and gals that we didn't stick with for more than a year or so each. He's the kind of professional you'd love to luck into but don't dare hope for. We're so glad we found him.
