Jim, Monique, Karen and their incredible staff are very dedicated, responsive, and professional in every regard, as is the wonderful office staff always ready to help in any way. As my family has had to navigate some difficult issues this year involving significant medical concerns as well as closing our beloved 40+ year old business we were met with extraordinary patience, compassion and remarkable support--way above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Redell and Kremer and the incredible humans behind this business are a real gift to our community and we are so happy we found them.
