I hired Prime to landscape approx. 5,000sf of backyard space. After several design plans we finally agreed on a $35k plan. The actual layout is pretty good and that's why I'm giving them 1 star instead of no stars. Within 6 months nearly 30% of the plants it purchased died. Donna and John said if I had hired them to maintain the yard that wouldn't have happened. Donna said the 5 Rhodies died because I didn't dead head them. I explained there was nothing to dead head because they never flowered. Over a dozen star jasmine died. I had asked for a succulent garden. We have been a Prime Landscaping customer for 3 years and we are still a Prime Landscaping customer because of who they are, and what they've done for us over the years. Have we had quality problems - some - but none that they haven't jumped on and solved to our satisfaction. Have we had scheduling/punctuality problems - some - but none that they haven't jumped on and solved to our satisfaction. Prime is very good, lawn care company that understands both customer need and expectations. You would, and will be hard pressed to find an alternative to Prime Landscaping for quality, value and responsiveness to problems - which 'are gonna happen' for... read full review

Our 4 story condo building with underground parking had water leaking into the basement parking area through the wall, especially around a ventilation window well. John David of Prime Landscape Services worked up a plan, over several visits to our site, for us to grade the soil away from the building, install concrete catch basins, repair broken concrete in the patio above part of the garage area, build a concrete curb around the window well, and re-do a flower bed alongside the building where plant irrigation water was draining too close to the building.
