Gemma is an excellent and versatile bodyworker with years of experience. Her dedication to creating a safe and collaborative relationship with her clients becomes apparent in the first session. She's also a fabulous coach who works somatically with clients toward healing, change, and transformation. Get on her schedule -- she's the best!
Gemma is a gifted coach/bodyworker. By listening carefully to your needs/issues, she integrates different modalities and therapeutic practices into a very individualized session. It's a really lovely partnership, not the traditional or cliché therapy experience. Sometimes you need a comforting massage to get back into your body or the skilled bodywork that releases deeper traumas. Sometimes you need to reflect on thought patterns, dig into where they stem from, and co-construct new, healthier ones.
