I want to say thank you to the excellent staff at the optical shop. They have been very helpful through the years and this year when the glasses I ordered didn't work for my vision needs, they worked with me to get the glasses that did work. One person worked with me for an hour to determine why my new glasses weren't working and collaborated with other employees and VSP. Excellent customer service and knowledge of glasses and how they are fitted!

Dr. Chavez is the best optometrist I've ever had. She's young and beautiful and so talented. I started laughing when she had me stare at her nose, the expression she made when she was concentrating was so unbelievably adorable. Aside from all that, she actually listened to my concerns and went out of her way to help. She told me that I could call her if I had any problems with anything, because she wanted to make my experience as easy as possible and help in every way possible!
