I was so relaxed after my pedicure manicure I left my wedding ring in the dish on the table. I didn't realize until they were closed. I was able to get ahold of someone and they put me at ease they had my ring safe and see you tomorrow. I won't be going anyplace else, and it's okay if paraffin wax gets on my wedding ring next time! Thank you David and all the staff at Nail Club!!! 💅
I have come here several times and I usually have a good experience, but this time was different. The technician seemed bothered by my being there. I think it might have been because I chose a simple mani/pedi and not the more expensive option. She gave me the most minimal service possible. Hardly any massaging and truly seemed that I was wasting her time. Then when I gave her a 15% tip (because she certainly did not earn a 20% tip) she seemed very irritated. Newsflash: You have to EARN a tip. It is not a given! I am hoping the manager will explain this to the nail technicians. It is unfortunate because I probably won't be returning to this establishment.
An older woman did my nails (unfortunately I did not get her name) and she did a fabulous job! I got a gel manicure. She was skilled, very gentle when filing, and the overall experience was very peaceful. Plus, I love the color! Thank you!
