The staff, including Pauline, is said to be first-rate, spending time and not rushing customers. Best pedicure in town and amazing service for the price. For $40 you get a full pedi with hot wax, stone and amazing massage. Pauline and her team are 1st rate. They spend time and don’t rush. Make sure you have the time to spend and enjoy the experience.
Great service. They were quick, super kind with great customer service. The nails came out so I'm using an adorable. I got sober ones with a manicure and they were perfect and exactly how I imagined with so much more. 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend coming to their salon. I would and will be coming again. A massage came with a manicure and it was so relaxing.
I am so torn on how to rate this place! As others have said the amount of time appointments take is INSANE. I waited a half hour after my scheduled appointment and soaked an additional 20 minutes. I was at 2 hours for a gel mani pedi when I was finally transferred to the table to have my fingers painted and then set one by one going into the heater. 2 and three quarter hours in total! Honestly it starts creating anxiety and doing your head in after being there so long. That said they're very nice, extremely detailed, you get a killer massage and nearly 2 weeks later both my hands and feet still look excellent. I'll try again earlier in the day and see if that helps but I do wish they could cut an hour off the appointment time :/
