I am SO thrilled I found this place. Brian is incredibly helpful & accommodating. I brought him a vintage 40’s taffeta gown with hand sewn floral appliqués that I had altered leaving visible old seam lines. He offered to dry clean (using their special GENTLE, environmentally safe products). The price was VERY reasonable & he had it ready the next day! And it looks perfect! I can’t say enough .... OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

After an accident with a shirt alteration I am happy to say a few businesses still value customer service and take care of the client. Mission Dry Cleaners resolved my problem the same day. That is customer service.

They cleaned my $400 North Face coat and removed few very stubborn paint stains from it, for only $10! I assume they used dry cleaning (didn't ask)... BUT... This time, my husband collected my stuff, and they gave him someone's else coat!! They didn't offer to come to us and exchange the coats :( I used someone else coat, untill I went to replace the coat.
