So many nights I'd sit by my window Waiting for someone to cut curly hair So many dreams I kept deep inside me Alone in the dark now you've come along "GINGER" you highlight my Life And give me hope to carry on You tame my frizz and give my curls life! I don't think I could ever move away from Ginger the Gem! If I do, I will make sure I can afford a flight back every 2 months for my healthy highlight and cut. I'm 55 and hated my curls most of my life until finding someone who knew how to make them beautiful. The only reason I wouldn't recommend Ginger would be out of selfishness to keep her already busy schedule more open for me - but that's not how I roll. . .

Ginger is the rock star of curly hair styling. I had my first hair cut at Medusa recently and Ginger taught me how to style my hair. You know when your stylist does your hair in the salon and it looks great and you assume you won't be able to duplicate what she did? Well, that was not the case with Ginger. She taught me how to style my curly hair and it looked and felt the same way she did it after I styled it at home and I used the products I had used prior. I am so please with my curls. They are now soft and controlled and I am flaunting my curls once again.

I have been seeing Ginger since 2011 and I haven't left her for a damn good reason. I moved twice before moving back again to Santa Cruz and I would drive to see her because I first her wholeheartedly. She knows how to treat, manage, and style curly hair SO WELL. My most recent experience is no different --she did a fantastic job. As a new mom, my hair has taken a hit and it's been in burns 99% of the time. But after a balayage, a well needed cut and some shampooing, it's like brand new. It's so soft, and so healthy! I also love how clean everything is. She sanitized everything after use, she is in a mask the entire time and asks her customers are in one as well. She cares about her community and it shows. Thank you so much!
