Katie's acupuncture sessions are magic! She uses a wonderful mix of hands on light touch, acupuncture, and vibration. Since she only accepts one patient at a time, she has time to attune and truly listen to your needs. As someone who struggles with anxiety and sleep issues, I leave every session feeling relaxed, at ease in my brain and body, and genuinely cared for. I've worked with Katie for several years now and she is an incredible acupuncturist. I am very needle sensitive and she is so gentle with her treatments that it allows me to actually relax and receive the benefits. I especially like when she uses tuning forks on acupuncture meridians to move energy that needs moving--it feels nice and no needle! Very effective. I sleep like a baby after I see her. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of experiencing Katie's Resonance Healing Therapy and what a life changing experience that was! Katie held space for me with so much compassion, care and understanding.
