I had a problem with drain flies in my bathroom, and after having an exterminator come out twice with no luck I called eco flow. Jose came out and searched under the house, and ended up having to replace the toilet due to it being old and the insects coming through the cracks. He communicated details, was thorough with his replacement, and left the space cleaner than when he arrived. I trusted that I was in good hands, and would recommend his work to anyone! Flies are gone! Thank you Jose!

My daughter recently moved to Santa Cruz, and we needed a plumber. I am glad I called Eco-Flow. I spoke with Scott, who was very polite. He sent us Jose and Jesus, an impressive team that did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite, and came prepared to take care of our plumbing needs. Before they left, they double-checked their work and ensured everything was done safely and correctly. By far the most professional and polite plumbing team I've ever done business with. Thank you again, Jose and Jesus. If I could give Eco-Flow 100 stars, I would. It goes without saying that we will always use Eco-Flow.
Two years ago Eco-Flow Plumbing installed a water heater for me. They worked with me to replace my old one with a newer model. Every other plumber wanted to replace it with their preferred water heater at 2-3 times the price. This year, Eco-Flow replaced my shower faucet. My old faucet/cylinder is no longer being manufactured, so this was a complex faucet change. They did a fantastic job. Scott reviews his team's work and ensures everything is perfect. He really is the best plumber.
