This is the second time my husband and I used Denise Norris, from David Lyng Real Estate, for our real estate needs. The first time, she helped us find our house we bought in Santa Cruz and was amazing! She was very tentative to our needs and helped us find the perfect house, even when she was down in Costa Rica! The second time we used her, she sold our house. She has such a calm and gentle demeanor, yet got things done very quickly and efficiently. She was never pushy and never made us feel like we were bothering her, even if we were messaging her on those late nights. (And she'd reply back to those 11pm text messages!) I highly recommend Denise Norris for any real estate needs.... She gets things done quickly, efficiently and most importantly, stress free.
