This place will waste your time. Everything is overpriced, I bought some mig tips and afterwards found them elsewhere for less than a quarter of the price. Sold me the wrong parts and then wouldn’t return them. Guy always says to come back when his boss is there. I won’t be going back here for anything.
The guy behind the desk has turned away at least $1k in business from me in the past month. He’s told me he would look up parts for me “eventually” and call me back during in person visits to the store. He doesn’t even call me back and I was the only person in the store when I asked about the parts. Says he can’t sell me tanks, only can do swaps. My last 4 visits here have been complete wastes of time. Hopefully this place can get someone new to deal with customers. I won’t be wasting my time with this place until they do. Santa Cruz deserves much better.
Incredible service! Always friendly, quick, and helpful staff. They have gone out of their way to accommodate when low on stock of some gases. Fair pricing, and conveniently located in town. Will be making many return visits.
