My Fiancé lost her home in the czu fires after only owning her home for one month. She hired this guy with understanding she was under insured and he was willing to work with her. Of course the money ran out and he was not willing to work with her,locked her out of her own house on top of doing the job completely backwards from the ground up from grading , retaining wall should of gone up first , no gaps in the subfloor and the foundation is cracking everywhere! Don't even trust this guy and a major price gouger! I wanted to rate him a negative infinity star but didn't have it.

I lost my home in the CZU fires. I hired Stuart to rebuild my home. I told him upfront I was underinsured and was trying to get more from the insurance. He said he would work with me. I was given a lot of bad advice. A fire is a horrible experience to go through. Stuart put a lien on the house. He is now trying to collect the amount of the full project. So now I’m losing my house for a second time. It’s not bad enough that I lost it in a fire and I’m losing it to someone who is price gouging. He charged me $600k for a project that should have been $400k. There is also workmanship issues. The subfloor is popping. The foundation is cracking. The property was not correctly...read full review
