Very happy!
Carpet cleaning was one of those things that we kept meaning to get around to, but putting off. We realized it was really time when getting a new sofa, and wanting to have the carpets done while the old couch was out, before placing the new one. I called several companies, with full realization that fast turnaround might not be possible, but Connoisseur was able to do my cleaning within a couple of days!
They were very communicative, both over the phone and in person, about what to expect and when to expect them.

Our new daughter in law, who is allergic to cats, was coming into town I was hoping against hope that the folks at Connoisseur Carpets could fit in a cleaning before she arrived. They were quick to respond to our request for an appointment and able to get it in before she arrived. The technician was right on time for the appointment. He was very personable and kind and efficient. The carpets looked gorgeous! So much better! I was amazed by the difference he was able to achieve. Thank you so much for a phenomenal job!
I found Mike from Connoisseur services after doing extensive online research about a problem I was having with my floors. Mike has dealt with my type of flooring issues many times and has a wealth of knowledge to not only fix our problem but help make sure it wont happen again. It is so rare these days to find a tradesperson who is not in a rush and takes the time to help us home owners to the extent that he does.
