I've had a reverse osmosis drinking water I got from Clean Water Store in 2011, and now 13 years later, it needed a new tank, and I figured why not change the filter cartridges too while I'm at it. The staff were super helpful figuring out what I needed to order, the parts were all in stock, I went down and picked them up and it was like a 5-minute operation to change out all those components on my system - and I didn't even need any tools! Quality products, wonderful staff, and fast turn-around. Five stars!
We purchased a Clean Water system in 2022 and absolutely love having soft water in Santa Cruz. Recently we had a very small leak from an O-ring, which apparently is very rare. Instead of sending me parts to "fix it myself", Bryan and crew came out the next day and replaced my entire control unit at no charge. This type of customer service seems to be very rare these days so it was very unexpected, yet very much appreciated. Thank you to Lianne and Scott as well for facilitating a resolution.
I recently bought a home with a clean water system in it. The staff at Clean Water Systems has no knowledge of the system. They keep referring me to someone who will call me back and they never call me back. I finally sent an email to Scott Harmon and he responded back to me to go somewhere else they did not want my business. I am shocked what a way to run a company very very poor.
