Absolutely outstanding customer service. You can always tell someone is genuine when they are actually trying to help you help yourself instead of selling you a product. David helped my family and me when we were experiencing SEVERE pest panic. He could have laughed at us for being freaked out about bugs he encounters on a regular basis, but instead he talked us through it with empathy, knowledge and compassion. He could have tried to make money off of us, but didn't, and instead gave us so much helpful information. He made an otherwise awful situation actually manageable. Thank you!

I called about a wasp nest under our eaves and David was out taking care of it within the hour. He came back out a couple days later to take care of some stragglers at no additional charge. Definitely recommend!
