Burto was awesome. handled my car with caution and care and got it the shop with no problems. my car is slammed and not one scrape from this guy. I've had some bad experiences with drivers towing my slammed cars before but this guy is clearly a pro. his customer service exceeded my expectations by a truck length. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!!

831 Towing was a life saver! We got a flat tire inside a state park, down a dirt road, and had to walk out of the park to get to a spot with cell phone service to call roadside assistance. We weren't sure whether the towing company was going to be able to accommodate us. However, 831 Towing exceeded our expectations. We quickly got a phone call from our driver, Laura, who assured us she was on her way. In less than 30 minutes, Laura arrived and gave us a ride in the tow truck back to our car, loaded the car onto the flatbed within minutes, and drove us to a tire repair shop.
