Dr. Mayer and Graciela are fantastic. This program is excellent. I have learned to eat the right kinds of foods, in the correct quantities, without sacrificing taste. I have been able to lose weight consistently while still enjoying meals, including eating in restaurants and going away on vacation. This program is a lifestyle that you can follow going forward. It is not just a 'diet.' I tried a number of diets, which most of the time didn't work, and when they did, the weight came right back on. I started going to Valencia Weight Control Clinic at the end of last year because due to a thyroid issue I could not seem to lose weight no matter how much I exercised or watched my food intake. I was 30lbs overweight and even though I was going to the gym daily and watching every morsel of food I put in my mouth my scale was going up.
