I called this morning when I lost electricity in the bathrooms and adjacent areas. Matt called me back quickly and was able to come to the house in a couple of hours. On July 5th I thought this was excellent with the holiday weekend. He was very efficient in locating the problem it was a bit challenging as it was related to a bad receptacle that has not been used in years. He replaced the receptacle did not try and sell me anything I did not need and he charged me a very reasonable amount. He is very professional and pleasant and I will definitely use him again.

We called Universal Electric, based on positive Yelp reviews and our effort to always support our local companies. Matt took my phone call immediately. We needed 2 new light fixtures installed in our kitchen. Matt asked me questions about the fixtures over the phone and as I struggled to answer them properly he was extremely patient! Matt arrived the very next morning, warmly and professionally greeted my husband and I, took a look at the new & old fixtures and got right to work. Matt worked cleanly and timely.
