This place is great! I unexpectedly had to have my dogs out of my townhouse for multiple contractors coming in to address work orders (was barely given 24 hours notice). When I reached out to Tina to inquire about service's she informed me that they do board but do not do daycare. That was totally fine. They were able to book me last minute at a very reasonable rate. Tina, her husband and one of their employees, Jesus could not have been more welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I was very happy with the setup. I cant be more grateful that I found this place. Their prices are affordable and my pets accommodations were more than adequate. I left my 2 dogs for a week and came back to find them doing well and looking happy. All my feeding instructions were followed and they allowed me to bring my own dogs bed for them to use. They have a refrigerator on site that is used for any fresh dog food that you bring. The rooms are temperature controlled and each room has outdoor access to a private outdoor kennel.

Why is this place so great?!!! So many reasons. They really answer their phone. They really call you back and answer their emails. They are kind and understanding. Professional but still patient to listen how everyone's dog is the most important baby. The kennels are clean, spacious, air conditioned, and double fenced property. They have a STAFF. Not just one person who pops in to feed. Valerie and Suzanne remembers our dogs' names and our dogs actually like going there. Tina and her husband are not just the owners of the best kennel around, but I consider them friends. That's just how they make you feel. And they don't punish you for cancellations.
