I think is amusing the (2) or (3) reviews that gave Guy a (5) star and said he's amazing.....is truly entertaining..........nice of his family to do that...!!! But it's 100% BS...!!!!! I posted about 2 1/2 yrs ago the horrific job & experience I dealt with with this man & his company......!! He only had to do a "Re-model" on an existing pool and he F'd it up entirely....... My 6yr old granddaughter could have done a better job....!!!!!!!!!! I'm still waiting to have a legit company come in and fix what he F'd up.....and to make matters worse......just yesterday "YES YESTERDAY" 3yrs after the fact.....my coping is now... read full review

The work Sunset pools did is of low quality. There was no supervision and when you asked Guy the owner to come look he was to busy. He always had time to come pick up a check when he wanted payment. Now there are warranty issues and he blames the subs and suppliers and won't follow up to get resolution. He says it's your problem and you need to contact his suppliers and subs.The problem with that is that you don't know who they are and when you ask for their info you get Crickets. There are cracks in the finish in the spa and the supplier says it was installed wrong and guy won't even come look.The only way to get guys like this to respond is to report... read full review

Guy did a wonderful job on our backyard. Pool , spa and all new concrete and all new draining system. Got the work done on time as in the contract. Recommended
