I recently had an experience at Reeves Complete Auto that truly exceeded my expectations. My car had been giving me trouble, refusing to start, and I was pretty stressed out by the time I arrived at their shop. Fortunately, Mackey and John Michael were there to help me right away.

I brought my Mercedes in last week because the AC wasn't working. From start to finish, the whole process was super efficient. I came here on a referral, and super happy I went with them.
I've used Reeves twice in the last couple years. My vehicles don't often need work, thankfully, but when they do I bring them to Reeves. A few years back, I cracked the water pump in Dodge Challenger. I met with the owner who gave me a fast price estimate. The price and time estimate was fair for the work my car needed. The work was started without delay. It was completed within the time estimate and for the quoted price. Mr. Reeves' communication was great and kept me informed during the whole process.
