RACCO's entire team is the best. Every single person is an expert at what they do. Their customer service and responsiveness is unsurpassed. They're very communicative every step of the way. And they're very informative about the issues we have as well as the various solutions we can apply. Very grateful to the whole team at RACCO'S for keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
I have been using RACCO Heating and Air Conditioning for many years now. They are a top notch company with great service, integrity and always try to accommodate schedules. Jacob typically has been our technician over the years and he is very skilled and knowledgeable at his trade and very kind and respectful. He always explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They have always been on time and wear cloth booties on their shoes in order not to bring any dirt into the home.
